Frequently asked questions.
Where can Jumpers be placed during the duration of the rental?
Jumpers can be left on cement, driveways, turf, pavers, and grass lawns. We can not setup on any type of rock or gravel due to causing damage to the Jumper. We ask once we have the Jumper in place that you don’t move it to avoid damage to the equipment. Also due to the large size and heavy weight of the equipment we are not able to move up large flights of stairs, so take that into consideration before bookings.
Will the Jumper kill my grass?
It depends on the duration of time the Jumper is being left on your lawn. It may cause brown spots if left for more than two days.
How does drop off and pick up time scheduling work?
When you book your Jumper, you will be given a four hour window which your drop off and pick up time will be scheduled. The day before your rental you will receive a phone call where we will discuss a 30 min window for delivery.
Does the cost include delivery and set up?
Yes, we offer free delivery within 30 miles of 37161 area code. Delivery fees apply to areas farther out. Please call or email us if you are more than 50 miles to make sure we can deliver to your location before booking with us.
Will the Jumper be clean when it arrives?
Of course. We clean, sanitize, and dry out every Jumper after every use.
Do you set up in parks?
We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It’s your job to make sure the park allows Jumpers, and electrical hookups to power the blower. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance will be required.
What’s your cancelation policy for weather?
If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you are able to reschedule for any future date. The rain will not hurt our Jumpers. We encourage you not to cancel due to light rain. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 20 mph. No exceptions.
If rain is in the forecast, you have until 7:00PM the night before your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone.
